    Description

    CALL FOR REGISTRATION!! at 904-766-4797

    This 20-hour course is for seafarers who have not obtained the requisite 360 days of sea service in the past five years and need Basic Training Refresher training to renew their BST endorsement.

    It includes a review of PSSR and First Aid and practical assessments for PST and Basic Firefighting. The certificate will state they have met the competency requirements of NMC Policy Letter 14-98 and Tables A-VI/1-1 through 1-4 of the STCW Code.

    Any applicant who has successfully completed this 20 hour Basic Training Refresher course will satisfy all the requirements for Personal Survival Techniques, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid & CPR, and Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities.  This course is for students who have not acquired the required 360 days sea time in the previous five years in order to be eligible for Basic Training Revalidation Course.
