The goal and learning objective are to ensure the student, upon successful completion of the 56-hour course, will have met the testing requirements for application to the USCG as an (OUPV) 6-Pack / CAPTAIN'S LICENCE . This includes taking responsibility for the vessel's and passengers' safety.
