Courses: Ordinary Seaman Program

THIS IS OUR BEST ORDINARY SEAMAN COURSE. Upon completion of this course, the student will be better prepared to undertake the basic duties of an entry-level merchant mariner.

This 16-hour course was developed to meet the STCW training requirements for the Ship Security Officer. Students need to have completed the VPDSD course.

Completion of this program leaves the student better prepared as an entry-level merchant mariner than nearly all others they will be competing with in the job market.
