As the Director of Operations at Bluewater Maritime School, I proudly oversee our esteemed institution's daily operations and strategic planning, dedicating myself to enhancing the student experience at every turn. I prioritize the establishment and maintenance of transparent operational systems that empower our academic staff and leadership, allowing them to focus wholeheartedly on the success and well-being of our students.
My role carries substantial responsibilities, including the approval of faculty hiring, the formulation of academic policies, and the management of a significant budget. Additionally, I am actively involved in fundraising and various administrative duties critical to our mission.
I take great pride in managing the financial aspects of faculty operations and community engagement. By promoting our organization effectively and supervising staff and students, I foster our school’s stellar reputation in the maritime community. Moreover, I play an essential role in mentoring new educators, monitoring student attendance, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
