Payment, Refund, and Rescheduling Policies

Tuition & Payment Policy

  • Enrollment Fee
    A non-refundable enrollment fee is required. This fee secures your initial placement and is applied toward your total tuition.
  • Seat Confirmation
    Your seat is not guaranteed until payment has been completed.
  • Secure Your Spot Early
    Full tuition payment is required at least two (2) weeks before the class start date to reserve your seat.
  • Payments
    • If paying the non-refundable enrollment fee and/or total remaining balance, payments may be completed online.
    • If partial payments are needed, students must contact the administration team for assistance and to arrange a payment plan.
    • All payments must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the class start date.
    • If a student is unable to complete payment by the deadline, they will be offered a one-time complimentary reschedule to a future course date that allows sufficient time to complete payment.
  • Limited Seating
    Classes fill quickly. If tuition is not paid in full by the two-week deadline, your seat may be released to another student.
  • Short-Notice Registration
    Students enrolling within two (2) weeks of the class start date are required to pay tuition in full at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

  • Two-Week Deadline
    All payments become non-refundable within two (2) weeks of the class start date.
  • Cancellations in Advance
    If you cancel more than two (2) weeks before your class, you may be eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable enrollment fee.
  • Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds are not available for:
    • No-shows
    • Early departures
    • Failure to complete the course
  • Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Rescheduling Policy

  • One-Time Courtesy Reschedule
    Students who are unable to attend their scheduled class may request a one-time reschedule.
  • Advance Notice Required
    Reschedule requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the class start date.
  • Use Within a Set Timeframe
    Rescheduled classes must be taken within a designated timeframe (typically 3–6 months), depending on availability.
  • Subject to Availability
    All reschedule requests are subject to approval and seat availability.
  • Additional Changes
    Any additional reschedule requests may be subject to a fee.
